Key Steps to Creating Positive Affirmations

Key Steps to Creating Positive Affirmations

As you create your affirmations, take inventory of your positive traits and work to incorporate them into your affirmations. If you are not sure where to start, consider what characteristics you will need to exhibit in order for your goals to come to pass. When creating and saying your affirmations, be deliberate and present in mind and spirit. Don’t just rattle them off. Instead, think about them and visualize yourself in line with what you are saying. You might find it easier to focus on one area at a time. Be sure to read the quick start tip below after you watch my video containing key steps to creating positive affirmations.

Becoming a Person of Vision

Becoming a Person of Vision

Having vision is the ability to see what others don’t see. Vision provides direction, creates life, gives purpose, ignites passion, and fuels drive. Vision gives you the courage to continue and not give up. It will override  disappointment and discouragement in times of doubt and uncertainty. It is a sustaining force of life that will help you develop a Christ-centered Mindset. Vision starts in the heart and is fueled by faith. God places vision within us. However, it is our responsibility to develop, feed, and nurture it.

TAKE ACTION: To help uncover or sharpen your vision, spend time purposefully daydreaming about your future. Journal your thoughts and ideas. What do you see yourself doing in five years? What specific dreams and goals are in your heart? Now is a time to think big about your future!
